ID Cards in ScotlandLobby Your RepresentativesID Cards will be imposed by Westminster but use of them to access devolved services will be controlled by Holyrood. It is therefore important that you write to both your MSP and your MP.I suggest that you ask your MP and MSP for his/her opinion on ID Cards and explain that this will be a deciding factor in how you vote at the next election. Ask for an assurance that your MP will vote against the ID Cards Bill this autumn. Ask for an assurance that your MSP will vote against any plans to use ID Cards to control access to Scottish services.
