Weekly street stall
Our volunteers are out on Princes Street every Saturday.
Our stall is opposite the Balmoral Hotel, from 1 to 3pm each week. We're there, come rain or shine.
More than a thousand people each year have signed our petition against the Government's ID cards scheme. These are all people who've freely come up to the stall and want to talk to us.
Every week, people come up and tell us just how angry they are about the Government's plans. And the more they find out, the angrier they get.
We don't hassle passers-by or want to cause a nuisance: we're not the Home Office! We want to let the public see that it's ordinary people like them who are opposed to ID cards.
